Welcome to The Icing On The Cake
 The Icing On The Cake was started by husband and wife team Jeremy and Debbie Cowan in 2000.
Providing individually and bespoke designed celebration cakes for every occasion.
We moved to larger premises in 2004 that now include a class room, cake showroom, shop and kitchen.
Opening hours 9.30 - 5.00 Mon - Sat.
Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Wedding Cakes
These are all made to order with prices including delivery in The Lake Didstrict and South Lakeland Area and further afield by arrangement.
Choice of cake types with the most popular being madiera sponge, rich mature fruit or sumptouse chocolate, or combinations of all three!
The cakes can be sized to give the number of portions you require. Individual cakes, cup cakes and individual chocolate cakes are also very popular and can also be provided.
Novelty Cakes
Novelty cakes can be made to reflect interests or hobbies. We have been set various "challenges" before such as a dog dressed as Elvis, a Morgan 3 wheeler and Henry the hoover. these can be made as large or as small as you need and be as formal and light hearted as you want. Childrens Cakes
We also do made to order childrens cakes depicting favourite characters or hobbies, See the album of what we have done and contact us with your requirements.
Traditional & Anniversary Cakes
For more formal occassions we can make cakes with hand made flower sprays, edible photos, or traditional styles of cake.
